Project Connect

Connecting Communities to Opportunity and Peace

Project Connect is a transformative initiative of the Youth Peace Center of Roseland dedicated to reducing violence and opening pathways to opportunity for at-risk youth and justice-involved individuals. Serving residents of Roseland, Pullman, and the Far South Side, the program targets individuals aged 18-28 facing unemployment, social challenges, or involvement with the justice system. Over four-month cycles, participants engage in comprehensive services focused on personal growth, mentorship, community safety, health, and workforce development, fostering economic stability and resilience.

Mission: Project Connect aims to reduce violence and promote community safety by providing at-risk youth and re-entering citizens with the skills, mentorship, health resources, and opportunities needed to build positive, productive lives.
