Overall Program Impact
Together, these programs have created a ripple effect of positive change in the community. By engaging youth in education, workforce development, violence prevention, and leadership, we are seeing tangible reductions in violence, increased educational attainment, greater employment opportunities, and the emergence of young leaders committed to building healthier, safer neighborhoods. Our holistic approach not only addresses immediate community needs but also invests in the long-term success and empowerment of our youth.

The YPC CRED Men/Youth program has made significant strides in transforming the lives of young people in the Roseland area. Over the course of the program, 120 youth have actively participated, with an average of 30 participants engaging each quarter. This targeted approach is projected to reduce violence and gun-related crimes in the community by 50% between 2024 and 2025, translating to a decrease from approximately 400 violent crimes and shootings down to around 200 in 2025-26.
The program boasts a high completion rate of 92%, reflecting strong engagement and commitment from participants. Among those who completed the program:
10% enrolled in onsite high school programs, with an outstanding 98% graduation rate, enabling them to earn their diplomas and continue their educational journeys.
5% pursued higher education, with all achieving success and securing scholarships, opening pathways to college and career opportunities.
A remarkable 87% earned valuable certifications in areas such as unarmed security, food and sanitation, and first aid, equipping them with skills to enter the workforce confidently.

Project Connect engaged 60 youth in a comprehensive program designed to build tangible skills and pathways to employment. With a 93% completion rate, participants gained practical experience and opportunities for career advancement.
20% of participants acquired skills in trades and technical fields, preparing them for careers in construction, manufacturing, and other skilled labor industries.
Over half of the participants—52%—secured job placements, gaining real-world experience and financial independence.
Additionally, 22% were referred to partner organizations and programs, expanding their support networks and access to further opportunities for growth.

10 hours of OSHA safety training, ensuring participants are prepared for workplace safety standards and practices.
